Laura Linney

Laura Linney is an American actress, who is famous for her portrayal of vulnerable, but strong character. Linney is a member of a family of actors her father was the playwright, Romulus Linney. Linney received her degree in 1986 from Brown University in 1986 and then went on to study at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated at the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City. The actress began performing in the city on Broadway receiving awards for her performances in roles like Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
